(1) Sections (2) and (3) below summarise your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015). (2)  If you wish to cancel your order.

At any time between placing your order, and 14 days after receiving your goods, you have the right to cancel your order.  To cancel an order, you must notify us within that time period.  You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

You do not have the right to cancel your order if you have broken the seal on goods sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons.

You do not have the right to cancel if goods have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

We will not bear the cost of return postage for unwanted goods.  We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, and provide it in any correspondence with us.

We will process your refund, by credit to the payment method used to make the purchase, within 14 days of return of the goods.

Please note, we will refund the basic cost of shipping the goods to you, but cannot offer refunds for the cost of enhanced postage options, such as guaranteed next day delivery.

(3) Faulty goods

For the first 30 days after the delivery of your goods: if your item is faulty, you can get a refund. You must notify us within 5 working days and provide proof of damaged goods (including packaging) within the same time frame.

You must return the products to us in their original packaging and provide proof of purchase.  We will refund the full cost of the item, and the cost of return postage, within 14 days of return of the goods.

If only a portion of your order is damaged or returned, please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.
